Pradosh Vrat
(June 01 and 15, 2023)

This month Pradosh Vrat is being observed on 01st and 15th June. Pradosh Vrat is observed for peace, protection and fulfillment of all wishes. The fasting person should worship Lord Shiva in the evening after sunset and recite the following verses:
भवाय भवनाशाय महादेवाय धीमते।
रुद्राय नीलकण्ठाय सर्वाय शशिमौलिने।।
उग्रायोग्राधनाशाय भीमाय भयहारिणे।।
ईशानाय नमस्तुभ्यं पशूनां पतये नमः।।
Shivtandav stotra must be recited in Pradosh.
