Return, Replacement and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation, Refund, Return and Replacement policy is as per module.
There is no refund on astrology services availed through phone calls and chats. If the customer gives wrong birth details or any other information, then no refund will be issued on the basis of that. The customer should take utmost care while filling the data. The astrologers available on the website are expert and experienced in their field. No claim will be entertained nor refund will be issued on the basis of their merit, ability etc. Choose the astrologer at your own discretion. No refund will be issued on the ground that the astrology counseling by the astrologer is not correct or satisfactory.
In services availed through phone calls and chats, refunds cannot be claimed on account of network issues etc. Customer is advised to call or chat from an area where proper network is available. If there is a problem in connectivity due to any technicality, then refund will not be issued on the basis of that.
For phone calls and chats, if the customer submits a wrong phone number and then the money charged for connecting on that phone number, will not be refunded.
No refund will be issued in case the astrologer does not produce the desired result of the remedies mentioned by the astrologer like mantra chanting, gems, rudraksh, puja etc. Customers should take their own decision in this regard. There is no responsibility of the company, its directors, personnel, service provider astrologer or website / mobile application in this regard. No claim or dispute will be accepted in this regard.
The time limit of request to refund for astrology services is 24 hours from the time of call/chat. Any refund request will not be consider after 24 hours from the time of call/chat regarding astrology etc. counseling.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
(i) Item(s) must be in their original and unused condition.
(ii) Replacement for items is subject to assessment and inspection by the gotoAsro team.
(iii) Damages due to neglect, improper usage and mishandling will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy
(iv) Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates etc
(a) Return Policy on Loose Gemstones and Rudraksha:
Loose gemstones and Rudrakshas can be returned with 100% money paid within the 07 Day period under the above said conditions. Shipping charges, payment gateway charges, Bank charges, GST and other duties, custom Puja charges, Lab Certificate Charges etc. are not refundable.
(b) Return Policy on Gemstone and Rudraksha Jewelry:
Any custom jewelry made for costumer (viz. rings, pendants, bracelets etc.) cannot be returned for Money. However, customer can place a return request within 07 days from the received of item along with a request for a store credit. If the request is accepted, 75% amount of the returned item will be credited in wallet of the customer at gotoastro platform for purchasing services and items on our website and mobile application.
( c ) Cancellation Policy of Jewelry Order:
In case a customer cancels his/her silver jewelry order, which is in process, the making charges and charges of wastage will be deducted that may be 50% of jewelry amount. Only 50% amount of price of silver jewelry will be refundable.
In case a customer cancels his/her Gold jewelry order, which is in process, the making charges and charges of wastage will be deducted that may be 12% to 24% of jewelry amount.
In case a customer cancels his/her Copper/yellow metal / panchdhatu and other jewelry order, which is in process, the making charges and charges of wastage will be deducted that may be total cost of jewelry price. Therefore no amount is refundable.
(A) Cancelation or Postpone E-puja:
(i) E-puja can be canceled before 72 hours from the booked time for the Puja. In that case the full amount is refundable after deducting payment gateway charges etc.
(ii) If the Puja is canceled before 3 or less days from the booked time for the Puja, only 75% amount of the invoice is refundable.
(iii) If the Puja is canceled 12 to 24 hours before the start of the Puja, only 50% amount of the invoice is refundable.
(iv) The Puja cannot be cancelled before a period of less than 12 hours for the commencement of the Puja. In such case the amount is not refundable.
(v) The e-puja can be postponed 72 hours before the start of the puja. In that case no charge will be deducted.
(vi) If the Puja is postponed 3 or less days before the start of the puja, an additional 10% amount will be charged.
(vii) If the Puja is postponed within 12 to 24 hours before the commencement of the Puja, an additional 25% amount will be charged.
(viii) If the duration of Puja is less than 12 hours, then the puja cannot be postponed.
(i) The customer is advised to get the e-puja done over a broadband connection only. Refund claim will not be accepted in case of connectivity issue due to network.
(ii) In case of internet ban, etc., the e-puja can only be postponed, the same cannot be canceled and refund claim will also not be accepted.
(iii) E-puja can also be done telephonically in the absence of video conferencing in case of connectivity problem. In such a situation, there will be no deduction in the fees of Puja.
(iv) Puja for which the video is asked to be made available, the edited video will be made available through email etc., which will remain on the cloud server for 7 days only. After that it will be auto deleted. It can be downloaded within a period of seven days.
(v) No claim of result is made for any Puja and no dispute will be accepted in case of non-availability of expected result and no claim of amount refund will be accepted.
(i) Subscription of Jyotish Sagar Magazine is not refundable under any circumstances. It is also not transferable.
(ii) Subscriptions for Astrology Services and other services are also non-refundable. This subscription is also not transferable.
(i) Fee of Astrology and other courses is not refundable under any circumstances. It is also not transferable.
(i) Refund is issued after deducting the following charges:
(a) Payment Gateway Charge
(b) Shipping charges
(c) Applicable GST
(d) Cost of Custom Jewelry
(e) Paid Lab Certificate Charges
(f) Paid Custom Puja Charges, etc.
(ii) Refund is done to the same bank account, Debit/Credit card, Wallet, UPI etc. through which the payments had made. Refunds can also be done in gotoAstro Credit Wallet. GoToAstro Credit Wallet is only for purchasing Services/Items on the Platform.
"Jyotish Sagar Private Limited" or "gotoastro" has the sole right with respect to the interpretation of the Policy. His decision will be final and binding. No dispute of any kind will be acceptable in this regard.
gotoAstro reserves the sole right to add, modify and change the Return, Replacement and Refund Policy. Amendments, additions and changes to this Policy are made from time to time, which are notified on the website / mobile application through push notifications. The customer is advised to go through the policy thoroughly while purchasing the services or items.
The jurisdiction of all disputes regarding return, replacement and refund etc. will be Jaipur, Rajasthan (India).
