Lord Rama was born on Chaitra Shukla Navami, Thursday, Punarvasu Nakshatra, in Cancer sign. Chaitra Shukla Navami is on 10th April, 2022. On this day, after taking bath in the morning, Lord Rama should be worshiped in with his Panchayatan. The birth anniversary of Lord Rama should be celebrated with gaiety. The house-temple should be decorated with bandanavar, flag, archway etc. Lord Rama's name should be chanted, Kirtan etc. and Ramlila should be staged. The fasting should be observed on this day.
