A research done by the American Heart Association has revealed the fact that 13 percent more heart attacks occur on Mondays than any other day of the week. Not only this, heart attacks on Monday are more serious than the rest of the day. Apart from this, this thing has also been revealed in the research done in Sweden. 1,55,000 people were included in this research. This study has been published in the American Heart Journal.

According to researchers, Monday is the most stressful day. Due to work pressure on this day, most of the people get to see more anxiety. After the holiday of Saturday and Sunday, people return to work and take more tension than any other day.

The astrological reason for heart attack on Monday is that Moon is the lord of this day. Moon is considered to be the factor of mind in Indian astrology. Moon is also the reason for increase in anxiety on Monday. In the horoscope of Kaalpurusha, Moon is considered as the natural significator of the fourth house. If the Moon is weak or afflicted by malefic planets in the birth chart, then there is a high possibility of heart attack on Monday.
