Goddess Siddhidatri is worshiped on the ninth day of Navratri

All the siddhis can be attained by the seeker who practices spiritual practice with classical rituals and complete devotion. In Siddha state they are devoid of fire. Being detached from Mamta-attachment, Samadhi had attained liberation by worshiping the Goddess and attaining knowledge by the teachings of Maharishi Medha. She was named 'Siddhidatri' because of being the giver of salvation.
The Siddhidatri form of Mother Goddess blesses us with many siddhis so that we do everything with perfection. Siddhi means that everything which is attained only by desire. It only requires thought. There is no need to do any kind of work. The meaning of being successful without any struggle is accomplishment. The accomplishment is not for the individual but for the benefit of the society. In this form of Siddhidatri, the goddess brings completeness and totality in every sphere of life. This is the significance of Goddess Siddhidatri.

नवरात्र में नौवें दिन देवी सिद्धिदात्री का पूजन

शास्त्रीय विधि-विधान और पूर्ण निष्ठा के साथ साधना करने वाले साधक को सभी सिद्धियों की प्राप्ति हो जाती है। सिद्धावस्था में वे अग्नि से रहित होती हैं। ममता-मोह से विरक्त होकर महर्षि मेधा के उपदेश से समाधि ने देवी की आराधना कर, ज्ञान प्राप्त कर मुक्ति प्राप्त की थी। मोक्ष देने वाली होने के कारण इनका नाम ‘सिद्धिदात्री’ पड़ा।
माँ देवी का सिद्धिदात्री रूप अनेक सिद्धियों के साथ आशीर्वाद देता है ताकि हम पूर्णता के साथ सब-कुछ करें। सिद्धि का अर्थ है कि प्रत्येक वह वस्तु जो कामना मात्र से ही प्राप्त हो जाती है। इसके लिए केवल विचार की आवश्यकता होती है। किसी भी तरह का कार्य करने की जरूरत नहीं होती। बिना संघर्ष किसी उद्देश्य सफल होने का अर्थ ही सिद्धि है। सिद्धि व्यक्ति विशेष के लिए नहीं होकर समाज के लाभ के लिए होती है। सिद्धिदात्री के इस रूप में देवी जीवन के प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में पूर्णता और समग्रता लाती है। यही देवी सिद्धिदात्री का महत्त्व है।
